Terms of Service — Wellness at Work
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Wellness at Work website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.
2. Services
Wellness at Work provides corporate wellness programs, including Pilates, Yoga, Meditation & Mindfulness sessions, Massage Therapy, and wellness workshops delivered onsite or as otherwise agreed.
All services are subject to availability and may be modified, rescheduled, or cancelled where reasonably necessary.
3. Bookings and Payments
Service details, scheduling, and pricing will be agreed with each client prior to delivery.
Invoices are issued per program or monthly as agreed. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise specified.
Late payments may incur reasonable fees or interest as permitted by law.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients are requested to provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling of sessions. Cancellation terms may be agreed individually within service agreements or booking confirmations.
Wellness at Work reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to practitioner availability, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Health and Participation
Participants voluntarily engage in wellness activities and are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate. Participants should consult a healthcare professional where appropriate.
Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe and suitable environment for onsite sessions.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Wellness at Work is not liable for injury, loss, or damages arising from participation in wellness activities except where required under Australian consumer law.
Wellness at Work maintains appropriate professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, materials, and program resources remain the intellectual property of Wellness at Work and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
8. Website Use
Users agree not to misuse the website or attempt unauthorised access to systems, data, or services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
