1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Wellness at Work website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Wellness at Work provides corporate wellness programs including yoga, meditation, stress management workshops, and wellness retreats. All programs are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement or purchase order. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session may incur a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Payment Terms

Invoices are issued monthly or per program as agreed. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law.

5. Liability

Participants engage in wellness activities at their own risk. Wellness at Work carries professional indemnity and public liability insurance. We recommend participants consult their healthcare provider before participating in physical activities.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and program materials, is the property of Wellness at Work and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
