Wellness at Work

At Wellness at Work, we understand the impact movement and wellbeing have on employee performance. Without regular movement and mindfulness practices, many employees experience:

  • Low energy and reduced focus

  • Afternoon slumps from long hours at a desk

  • Poor posture, muscular tension, and back discomfort

With consistent wellness practices, the difference is noticeable:

  • Improved concentration and energy levels

  • Healthier daily habits and greater resilience to stress

  • Better posture and reduced impact of sedentary work

Our corporate wellness programs don’t just support individual wellbeing. They bring teams together. By creating a space where employees across all levels can participate, we foster connection, collaboration, and improved morale.

We make these benefits easy to access by connecting businesses with experienced wellness practitioners who deliver high-quality, tailored wellness programs directly onsite.

Jacqui Jamieson – Founder of Wellness at Work

I’m passionate about helping employees feel their best at work. With over two years teaching corporate Pilates in Melbourne and 9+ years of experience as a certified Ballet Barre and Matwork Pilates instructor, I recently added Reformer Pilates (2025) to my qualifications. This allows me to design classes and workshops that improve strength, posture, flexibility, and overall wellbeing.

Growing up in the UK, I was a professional show jumper and competed in athletics, experiences that shaped my approach to movement, discipline, and performance.

I created Wellness at Work to deliver practical, engaging corporate wellness programs that seamlessly integrate into workplaces, helping employees feel energised, focused, and supported every day. For me, movement is medicine; it’s a powerful tool to heal the body, release stress, and energise the mind.
