Jacqui Jamieson – Founder of Wellness at Work

I’m passionate about helping employees feel their best at work. With over two years teaching corporate Pilates in Melbourne and 9+ years of experience as a certified Ballet Barre and Matwork Pilates instructor, I recently added Reformer Pilates (2025) to my qualifications. This allows me to design classes and workshops that improve strength, posture, flexibility, and overall wellbeing.

Growing up in the UK, I was a professional show jumper and competed in athletics — experiences that shaped my approach to movement, discipline, and performance.

I created Wellness at Work to deliver practical, engaging corporate wellness programs that seamlessly integrate into workplaces — helping employees feel energised, focused, and supported every day. For me, movement is medicine; it’s a powerful tool to heal the body, release stress, and energise the mind.
